It is a physical training program conducted using a wide range of equipments such as kettlebells, suspension bands, sand bags, free weights, slam balls and body weight. Our studio has a variety of equipments that will cater to the needs of Kochi’s functional fitness freaks, be it a hardcore weightlifter or a casual college-goer who wants to burn some cals.
