GENERAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES – ZWAGG®️ FITNESS ONLINE

1. The Zwagg Fitness online shall have the unqualified right to make such rules, regulations, and restrictions for the use of Zwagg Online Services as it may deem
2. No member of the Zwagg Fitness online shall advertise or permit his membership to be advertised for sale. Memberships are non-assignable and non-transferrable.
3. Membership receipts are issued to members only and are not to be used by friends or relatives. Infraction of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the Zwagg Fitness online. The membership is Zwagg Fitness online, the possession of which may be determined at the Studio’s premises.
4. Charges and fees for services and facilities are subject to change as deemed necessary by the Zwagg Fitness online.
5. Any member who is loud, offensive, and bothersome to other members or behaves otherwise or who is cited for infraction of rules and regulations may be suspended or expelled from the Zwagg Fitness online.
6. Members are requested to present photo I.D. with their copy of the membership agreement anytime when requested by the management. A member whose basic Zwagg Fitness online membership has expired must renew in order to take advantage of her/his privileges.
7. The Zwagg Fitness online holds a right to reserve “RIGHTS OF ADMISSION” & reserves the right to 1’ TERMINATE A MEMBERSHIP”
8. No refund is provided to the members for discontinuing the membership.
9. If you have just registered for a quarterly Fitness Package or more and could not attend beyond a week for appropriate reasons, you may transfer the same to another person of your choice. This has to be completed and informed to the management within 10days of your start date and in no other arrangement can you transfer the quarterly package. The Zwagg Fitness online holds no responsibility for any financial adjustments done during the membership transfer.
10. Videography of any workout session is not permitted without prior approval of the respective instructor.
11. Music played in the fitness studio will be maintained at a standard decibel. Selection of music will be at the discretion of the management.
12. On occurrence of any mishap during events, getogethers or outing organised by the Studio or the members directly, Zwagg Management cannot be held responsible directly or indirectly.

ZWAGG FITNESS ONLINE CLASS

1. Members can wear whatever gym wear they feel comfortable with.
2. Members must be properly dressed in standard workout clothes (i.e. leotards, gym shorts. jogging suits) while at workout.
3. The Zwagg Fitness online Management reserves the right to refuse anyone who is not properly dressed.
4. Profanity is not allowed in the fitness studio.
5. All members must report any health / medical condition before commencement of the workout to the instructor or the management
6. Members can carry out their own workout pattern at their own risk. Management is not responsible for any accidental damage caused due to unadvised exercise.

GUESTS

1. No member shall bring in any individual to perform personal training services.
2. All guests must register completion of 2 trial sessions online.
3. Former members and members restricted from the Zwagg Fitness online may not enter as a member.
4. Any guest found in the Zwagg Fitness online is entitled to 2 free trial class online without a break and any sessions post that will be charged.
5. No member is allowed to Share Online class joining details to members outside of Zwagg without the permission of management

CHILDREN

1. Children under the age of 10 may accompany the members on account of regular sessions or events organised especially for members but are not allowed to attend any workout sessions by themselves.

FEES

1. Fees may be transferred via GPay, NEFT transfer or swiping of credit or debit cards.
