Zwagg Fitness Studio brings a new set of workouts to the fitness enthusiasts of Kochi. Our sessions are a mix of cardio, HIIT, pilates, dance fitness and strength training. All workouts take place at the centre, Monday to Friday. Each session is an hour long and tailor-made for those who love being on the move. Our ideology is to make group workout sessions as much fun as possible, reduce the number of stagnant weight machines and simply, put a smile on everyone’s faces after a good sweat.
