Zwagg Fitness Studio brings a new set of workouts to the fitness enthusiasts of Kochi. Our sessions are a mix of cardio, HIIT, pilates, dance fitness and strength training. All workouts take place at the centre, Monday to Friday. Each session is an hour long and tailor-made for those who love being on the move. Our ideology is to make group workout sessions as much fun as possible, reduce the number of stagnant weight machines and simply, put a smile on everyone’s faces after a good sweat.

Zumba

Zumba is a mix of low-intensity and
high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness
party.

BollyX

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the greatest tracks from the Hindi film industry.

Pilates

Pilates is a physical fitness program that is based on the art of control of movement. It improves flexibility, coordination, balance and core strength.

Pump n Burn

Not everyone relishes the joys of hardcore athletic training. Pump n Burn is for the common folk, for those who love functional circuits and challenges.
